Attached please find the requested documents from the Libya claim files LIB-I-002, LIB-I-040, and LIB-I-034. Unfortunately, the Commission is no longer in custody of the files associated with the claims in its German claims program; they are now housed at the National Archives. If you wish to review the files or make copies of the actual documents contained therein, you will need to contact www.NARA.gov and follow their procedures.

Please produce the affidavits of injuries and written statements resulting in payments or denials of claims under the program for Germany.

This request does not require you to produce any medical records, we are seeking narratives of the incidents, from the victims, and first person statements/attestations from witnesses in relation to what transpired at each incident giving rise to claim.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

For any materials subject to exemption/withholding please produce a Vaugh index.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. As a member of the media who regularly disseminates documents in relation to the operations of Government via the Muckrock platform, a request to waive costs is respectfully submitted.
