RAPS situation reports, daily reports, preliminary report of results

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

The following reports from the Robotic Aircraft for Public Safety (RAPS) program:

-situation reports (SitReps)
-daily reports
-Preliminary Report of Results (PRR)
-Final Report of Results

Per the November 2012 test plan for the Robotic Aircraft for Public Safety (RAPS) (available at https://muckrock.s3.amazonaws.com/foia_files/Final_Response_Musgrave_5.19.15....pdf), the above reports are required to be submitted:

"The RAPS Test Director will be responsible for the daily execution of the test and keep the S&T Program Manager informed, via daily Situation Reports (SITREPs), of progress of the testing and any unforeseen issues that arise during testing.

5.3.1 DAILY REPORT
The RAPS Test Director will submit a daily report of test results to the S&T Program Manager. This report will include a synopsis of the day’s activities, accomplished events, any problems encountered, and plans for the following day’s events.

5.3.2 PRELIMINARY REPORT OF RESULTS
The RAPS Test Director will write a Preliminary Report of Results (PRR) within 30 days after the test team has returned from deployment. The PRR will contain a qualitative assessment of SUAS performance. This assessment will be based on the test engineers' observations, review of video, quick-look data analysis, and limited analysis of selected portions of data.

5.3.3 REPORT OF TEST RESULTS
The RAPS Test Director will write a Final Report of Results after the completion of testing and the test team has returned from deployment. The report will be delivered within 60 days after the last test sortie is complete."
