Pursuant to Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (“GRAMA”), I hereby request the following records:

A log of public records requests submitted to the Governor's Office of Economic Development that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2004 to the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is made in the process of academic research and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr Peterson thank you for your request. I would appreciate it if you would
give me a call and we can discuss what it might be possible to provide..

Our government records management act or GRAMA in Utah does not require the
keeping of a log.
So we have a file with the replies to requests and other correspondence
that we have fielded over the years. Some of that file is in our agency
record files and others have been sent to archives so we would have to
retrieve them and then do a sort for correspondence and GRAMA requests.

Also your request is to go back to 2004 and our agency was only organized
in 2006. So if we can have the opportunity to speak possibly we can come up
with some information that will be usable for you if I know your need and
