Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A log of public records requests submitted to the Department of Environmental Quality that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2004 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is made in the process of academic research and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality is in receipt of your public records request below. The agency’s retention schedule for public records request documents requires information to be maintained for two years. As such, we are only able to provide information for 2013 – present.
Before releasing any information, however, can you please respond with written certification that information provided will not be used for contact purposes? Use of any list as a mailing list or telephone list is prohibited by Idaho Code §74-120 and punishable by a civil penalty.

I can confirm that this information will not be used for contact purposes. I am obtaining these logs for an academic research project (they will be used for part of my PhD dissertation project) and not for the purposes of constructing a mailing or telephone list.
