A no responsive documents response.

From: Vaughn Golden

I'm appealing the decision by the James J. Peters VA Medical Center (Bronx, NY) that they were unable to find any records responsive to my search. In an exact copy of the same request to close to a dozen VA hospitals across New York, the hospitals responded with at least 20 pages each, one file included 30 cases totaling over 300 pages. Due to the prevalence of these records in other facilities, I appeal to have this search conducted again.
