The Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Information System entry for Vyacheslav Ivankov, a foreign national known to be deceased as of 2009.

Ivankov's death was widely reported in 2009 (see attachment). His death is also acknowledged by the Record/Information Dissemination Section of the FBI. Records concerning Ivankov as a subject should thus be assumed free from the FOIA Exemption 6, 7(C) as well as the Privacy Act.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
