I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Monterey Park Mayor Mr. Peter Chen, from January 1, 2014 to Present day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "EB-5", "EB5", "Regional Center", "USCIS" or "Fraud";

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Pursuant to your request for records, I have uploaded 152 emails for Council Member Peter Chan. Majority of the emails are "junk emails". I did send an email on May 18 & May 21 requesting clarification with no response so I closed the file. You sent a follow up email on 8/6/2018 and so I am sending you all the emails.
