To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Records, tips, intelligence, actionable threats, and any other responsive communications implicating the New York City subway system (as owned by the City of New York and leased to the New York City Transit Authority) in a terrorist attack. See statements by general manager, Paul J. Wiedefeld, regarding a decision by the Metro board to suspend operations all day Wednesday, March 16th 2016, to conduct emergency inspections of electric cables. Intelligence communicated through any authorities, including E.O. 12333 and Section 215 of the Patriot Act, or Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Amendments Act (FAA) is requested in addition to parallel construction narratives accompanying warnings or threats regarding the NYC Subway. Communications regarding this event with third party agencies, including State of New York agencies, the New York City Transit Authority, and other relevant organizations is explicitly requested. Thank you!

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Martin Peck
