Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All responsive documents related to the coordination between MDHHS and Doctors Without Borders, also known as Médecins Sans Frontières or MSF, regarding COVID-19 and long-term care facilities between 3/1/2020 and 10/1/2020.

- The requested records should include the long-term care facilities that were identified by Doctors Without Borders as being in need of assistance with their infection prevention and control practices.

- The requested records should also include any recommendations that were made to MDHHS or long-term care facilities by Doctors Without Borders' mobile teams, which assessed facility practices and provided tailored recommendations for improvement.
