Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The records related to the Attorney General's decision to refer the case of Matter of L-A-B-R-, et al., to himself. See, https://www.justice.gov/eoir/page/file/1045661/download and https://www.justice.gov/eoir/page/file/1087781/download. This should include all of the following:
1. The correspondence, including e-mail messages and written correspondence, mentioning the name of the respondents in the Matter of L-A-B-R- case or their A number(s).
2. The file maintained by the OLC on the L-A-B-R- matter.
3. Any notes written by any employee of the OLC regarding the L-A-B-R- matter.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I have repeatedly followed up to ask for an update on my request, but have received no communication from your office since the original acknowledgment, date June 17, 2019.
