This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All documents mentioning or pertaining to former New York governor Mario Matthew Cuomo (June 15, 1932 – January 1, 2015) . Proof of death is not required as his death was widely reported in news media:

Please conduct a search of the Central Records and Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) indices, as well as cross-reference documents.
Additionally, I ask that this request receive expedited processing. First, as a member of the news media I am a person primarily engaged in disseminating information to the public. Second, the subject of the request is of widespread and exceptional media interest. (See the Department of Justice's FOIA reference guide, to the the FBI's FOIA site refers: http://www.justice.gov/oip/department-justice-freedom-information-act-reference-guide#expedited)
I also request that fees be waived: the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I consent in advance to paying fees up to $100.00. If they exceed that amount, please notify me of the cost and number of pages to be disclosed in advance.
