This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents mentioning or pertaining to former New York governor Mario Matthew Cuomo (June 15, 1932 – January 1, 2015) . Proof of death is not required as his death was widely reported in news media:

Please conduct a search of the Central Records and Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) indices, as well as cross-reference documents.

Additionally, I ask that this request receive expedited processing. First, as a member of the news media I am a person primarily engaged in disseminating information to the public. Second, the subject of the request is of widespread and exceptional media interest. I also request that fees be waived: the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I consent in advance to paying fees up to $100.00. If they exceed that amount, please notify me of the cost and number of pages to be disclosed in advance.
