Your Access to Public Records Request ("APRA") may be summarized as follows:

A copy of all complaints against former licensed physician (01030203A) and CSR-physician (01030203B) Elizabeth Bowman.
According to our records, there were no litigation files on Elizabeth Sue Bowman, M.D. to be copied. Nor has there been any action against her license on behalf of the Medical Licensing Board. Dr. Bowman - Indiana medical license number 01030203A was issued August 20, 1980 and her controlled substance registration (CSR) 01030203B was issued on August 31, 1986, both expired on October 31, 2017. She graduated from Indiana University, in 1980.
