I am appealing the integrity of the search: I specifically requested a new search with specific parameters, namely a search of the Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) Indices, the Microphone Surveillance (MISUR) Indices, the Physical Surveillance (FISUR) Indices, and the Technical Surveillance (TESUR) Indices, for both main-file records and cross-reference records.

None of these searches were performed.

I also noted that there are two separate entries for Lawrence E. Walsh in the RIDS list, so there may be more than one file on him. No search for this was performed.
