Matthew, we have gathered the requested decisions and begun redacting. Unfortunately, the person who was trained to do these cases has departed EOIR. We are seeking a new analyst. In the meantime, I will see if we can send you a partial response.

Joseph,

I've received the final set of decisions and the letter dated April 9. However, I did not receive the partial set described in this January 9, 2020 email. A CD was going to be mailed, but it doesn't appear to have been received. Is it possible to send those to me? Thank you.

From: Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review

Matthew, we can resend the CD. Did you get the CD for the legacy Benchbook?

From: Matthew Hoppock

No, I have not received a CD with the legacy benchbook.

Thank you.

Matthew, this should fit in e-mail now. Wr/JRS
