To whom this may concern,

I appeal this determination.

#1.) Please provide the number of records or pages of records. It is standard practice that even if an exemption is applied, the number of documents be released to allow for proper considering and judicial review if necessary;

#2.) Not all of the records are covered under the deliberative process privilege, a number of emails were sent, received, and copied, matching the search terms provided after (emphasis added) court proceedings had concluded;

3.) It is reported that a number of personal emails were sent to, from, and copied to Kamala Harris that matched the search terms. These emails should be disclosed;

4.) Deliberative process privilege would only apply to emails that are strictly to and from department of justice employees, with no involvement of outside parties. Again, it is widely reported that such emails exists and therefore should be disclosed;

5.) Deliberate process privilege would only apply to the contents of the emails, the meta-data on the emails including date, time, etc should still be released and can be released separately from any exempt records.
