All emails sent to, from, or copied to Kamala Harris, from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014 containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "Death Row", "cannabis", or "marijuana".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

We have received your follow-up request, dated October 23, 2020, requesting when you would expect to receive a response for the following request: All emails sent to, from, or copied to Kamala Harris, from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014 containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "Death Row", "cannabis", or "marijuana".

On October 2, 2020, we responded to your request and provided the attached letter. We also provided an email with instructions on accessing the responsive documents. The email is also attached; the subject-line erroneously listed the request number as 2019-01853. Please note that the email heading is in error; the correct number is 2019-01855.

On October 3, 2020, we received a system notification that you had accessed the documents. Accordingly, the request is completed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
