From: Joseph Durso
Greetings,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following record, which is suspect is held by DARPA:
The Journal of Missile Defense Research, Volume 5, Number 4.
The record is probably dated 1968. I note that in request #20-F-0461, you released the cumulative index of the journal, which appears to itself be a piece of the specific bit of the journal I am requesting herein. This leads me to suspect the agency possess the remainder.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I am willing to pay all applicable fees, however in the event that there are fees will exceed $50 I would appreciate if if you could inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your help. I understand the request may be delayed by the ongoing public health situation. I hope you and everyone there are staying well.
Sincerely,
Joseph Durso

Mr.Durso
This is an acknowledgment of your request from OSD for a number of
journals. We have been sent the request from OSD.
We are currently not working in the office, so we are unable to log this
request at this time. Once we return to the office we can locate the
series these documents might be located in and determine if they are in our
holdings.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Mr. Durso,
I thought we had discussed this case and it’s issues already. We cannot log
this in until I return to the office and when that happens we can only see
if these type of DARPA records exist, not easily whether the specific files
you want are in our custody.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

My mistake there. I think I failed to disable an automatic follow-up function. I will get back to you regarding the question in your previous email later today.
Thank you,
