Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Jail commission reports detailing total commissions earned for all types of inmate calls from 1/1/2014 - 7/31/2015, including broken out commissions by specific call type for collect, prepaid, calling cards and video calls (when applicable).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I sent this request to the Jail Division and they have stated that they do not have any of this type of information so they forwarded your request to the Securus Company who should be able to supply your information.

Thank you for your response for forwarding along my request. Please let me know what Securus has to say.
To offer a bit more context, below is a quoted section of the county RFP titled "INMATE TELEPHONES AND VISITATION UNITS" issued on 8-29-14.
It outlines a requirement of the system service provider that the county should have access to the information I requested:
"Real-time commission reports must be made available through the internet detailing total commissions earned for all types of calls completed through the system on a daily basis. Real-time revenue reports must be made available through the internet outlining all calls made from the facility. Such reports should, at a minimum, break out calls by specific call type for collect, prepaid, and calling cards."
Perhaps Vickie Pratt, who you've referred to me before regarding information about the phone/video system, has access to the information.
