All records on, about or mentioning the late Jean Tuggy (60 years old, 175 Irion St., Pine Grove Mills, PA 16868, Found dead on January 21, 2016).
Although no obituary has been posted, her death is common knowledge and reports to her death can be found at the following links:

Dr. Nunez,
The Office of the Secretary of Defense has no record of receiving a request from you. Can you tell me who specifically you sent it to? Also, why do you believe anyone in the Department of Defense would have any records on Jean Tuggy? The DoD does not investigate civilian homicides.
