Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All complaints/allegations of insurance fraud lodged against Castlewood Treatment Center. I am seeking records for the 2016 calendar year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Although your request asks only for 2016 records regarding Castlewood Treatment Center, please find attached a 2017 fraud report regarding 2016 events. This is the only responsive record of the Insurance Divisions of the Department to your request.

Hello. Our electronic records show no fraud reports back to 2012 besides the record I previously sent you. Our Department's Insurance Divisions will need additional time to retrieve and search paper records back to 2007 held in archives located off-site. Records prior to 2007 have been destroyed pursuant to our records disposition schedule.
The earliest day and time that we may have responsive open records available to send you is October 31, 2017<x-apple-data-detectors://1>. Once the boxes are retrieved, would you like an estimate of the cost before we begin the search?
I will await your response before we proceed with retrieving the boxes and beginning the search.

As I indicated in my October 2nd email, our electronic records show no fraud reports regarding Castlewood Treatment Center back to 2012 besides the record I previously sent you. We retrieved the archived boxes for the years back to 2007 and located no fraud reports regarding Castlewood Treatment Center. The search did not take much time and the Department's Insurance Divisions will waive the cost of the search.
