All records, documents, emails, and other correspondence regarding or related to the 2015 model GA8 TC-320 GIPPSAERO airplane as well as any additional equipment attached to the aircraft. This aircraft has serial number GA8-TC 320-15-218 and holds registration N137HP. This aircraft uses the mode-s code of 50112757 in octal or A095EF in hexadecimal. I request records, documents, emails, privacy assessments, purchase orders, and other correspondence relating to the equipment on the front and rear of the aircraft.

Additionally, I would like any manuals, procedures, communications protocols, and any communications related to inter-agency coordination. This should include pilot logs, flight plans, and surveillance plans. Specifically, I am looking for any and all data relating to flights for the city of Oakland over the last week with a focus on June 2nd, and June 3rd where the aircraft was documented flying in circles over the demonstrations at an altitude of 3,525 feet. Any imaging or other surveillance data from onboard collection is additionally requested, as well as any policies which govern the collection, processing, use, and dissemination of this data. Any communication about this data or related data should be included, especially inter-agency communications, and metadata.

This information is part of a journalistic research project involving the Seattle Privacy Coalition.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

This PRA request and the request concerning N159HP are being re-reviewed. In developing responses to your two later PRAs, for N981HP over San Francisco and N137HP over Oakland, the Department discovered a need to re-evaluate the responses.
There may be a change in responsive documents and therefore, a change in the fees.
Please do not send a check at this time. We are working on this and will inform you just as soon as we have completed the re-evaluation.

During this conversation you amended your request to obtain the following:
