To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I would like to obtain all email records sent to miami@sec.gov containing the non-case-sensitive key-string of "EB-5", from January 1, 2015 to Present Day.

Please process this request in two parts. First release the header and body of the applicable records, then release any attachments.

To avoid full-page redaction, please only redact personally identifiable information such as email addresses, names, phone numbers, etc. Do NOT redact an entire email unless every letter in that email is protected from disclosure. Furthermore, if the contents of the email are exempt from disclosure for privacy reasons, please provide me with the email records that at a minimum show sending, receiving times and dates.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please let me know BEFORE closing my request. I am happy to provide additional information or details to assist should you run into any problems.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Taylor-Scott Amarel
