Pursuant to the Idaho Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any policies concerning the "No Public Funds for Abortion Act" (Idaho Code §§ 18-8701, et seq.) or its provisions, or guidance distributed to faculty, staff, or students concerning the same. This request is limited to records generated on or after February 19, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your request. We have completed our search for records in accordance with your request and confirmed there are no records that exist that are responsive to your request. Please note Idaho law does not require ISU to create a record that does not already exist in order to respond to a record request.
Additionally, I have conferred with our General Counsel and he confirmed that ISU has not provided any written policies or guidance that has been distributed to faculty, staff, or students at ISU regarding the "No Public Funds for Abortion Act" (Idaho Code §§ 18-8701, et seq.) or its provisions.
