- All system alerts received through the Hidalgo County Executive Office Nuisance Abatement GPS program for the years 2016, 2017, and 2018 as described in this article: https://www.themonitor.com/2017/12/15/countys-gps-program-gaining-attention/
- All documents associated with the Texas Association of Counties Best Practice Award for the GPS programs, including but not limited to submission materials.
- GPS data from this system for the 24 hour periods of Dec. 15, 2017 and Dec. 15, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
