I am appealing the decision to deny the fee waiver, as well as the integrity of the search – specifically including the explicit failure to perform an actual search and the instruction that I must file yet another FOIA request requesting that the search I already requested be conducted in order for my first FOIA request to actually be processed. Yes, that sentence is far too convoluted – as is your policy.
