Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Incident reports, alerts, notifications, and any other materials containing the term “Gaggle” or related to Gaggle-generated alerts. Materials responsive to this request would be all records related to an alert from the Gaggle system, a platform used to monitor student activity online and on school-provided devices. Materials may have come directly from the Gaggle platform or from a school or a school representative.
If you have any questions about this request or are unsure of the platform or type of materials I am requesting, please contact me, and I would be happy to provide additional clarification.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

If you are seeking these, are you seeking copies of each individual email sent to each person. (This would affect any cost estimate we provide you.) There are also emails that potentially have confidential student information. Please specify whether you are seeking emails and what type of emails you are seeking.
I am releasing three emails as an example of what we have. This may help you to clarify what you are seeking.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.222(d) If by the 61st day after the date a
governmental body send a written request for clarification or discussion under Subsection
(b) or an officer for public information or agent sends a written request for additional
Information under Subsection (c) the governmental body, officer for public information, or
agent, as applicable, does not receive a written response from the requester, the underlying
request for public information is considered to have been withdrawn by the requester.
Upon receipt of your clarification, we will gladly process your request and provide you with an estimate, if applicable.
