Any and all email exchanges, including email attachments, between FWS headquarters employees Sarah Quamme and/or Caitlin Snyder and FWS Region 2 employees Shawn Sartorius and/or Susan Oetker. This request seeks communications generated between June 1, 2017 and September 1, 2017.
I am a reporter for The Guardian.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - I tried to call today but it
said your mailbox was full. We've made good progress on this request, but
I don't think I will be able to finish by the 30-day due date of Nov 16th.
I am working to have a response ready by Nov. 30 (or sooner if possible).
I hope this will work for you, but not, you do have a right to appeal,
contact OGIS or our FOIA Liaision. I have attached that information for
