Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The over 100,000 pages of pre-proccessed records on the activist Frank Wilkinson, as referenced in his obituary, which is attached. A previous request resulted in a "no responsive documents" response, which clearly contradicts the extensive reporting on Wilkinson's surveillance.
I request media status as I am a journalist who writes extensively about FBI files - https://www.muckrock.com/project/subjects-matter-fbi-files-10/, which have received national and international attention https://mitpress.mit.edu/books/writers-under-surveillance
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
