Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all documents and communications with BOCES in regards to school board elections for the past 60 days.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is being sent on behalf of Rebecca Carman, Director of Policy &
Community Development and Records Access Officer for Shenendehowa Central
School District.
The attached document responds to your request for "Any and all documents
and communications with BOCES in regards to school board elections for the
past 60 days." It has been redacted to remove:
>Interagency and intraagency communications to the extent they are not:
statistical or factual tabulations or data; instructions to staff that
affect the public; or final agency policy or determinations.
>Information specifically exempted from disclosure by New York State Civil
Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) ยง4503.
There are no further documents responsive to this request.
Pursuant to Board of Education Policy 3310, to the extent, if any, that
your request for records has been denied, you have the right to appeal the
decision to the Board of Education in writing within thirty (30) days of
the denial. The Board has designated Assistant Superintendent Jill Bush as
the Records Access Appeals Officer. Ms. Bush's business address is 5
