FOIA - Oregon Fusion Center - Abolish ICE PDX

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All threat assessments, field reports, and intelligence updates, which have focused on the following groups and campaigns:

- Abolish ICE PDX
- OccupyICE
- DeportICE
- Multnomah Camp

For assistance in finding relevant documents, please see the following news article segments highlighting the movement local to Portland:

"A few dozen demonstrators gathered in front of the nondescript Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in southwest Portland on June 17.

After the candles were blown out, some of the demonstrators decided to stay, stumbling onto a more effective form of protest with a simple line of reasoning: ICE cannot deport people if immigration judges, lawyers and litigants cannot physically enter its facilities.

A week later, the number of people outside the facility has ballooned, blockading the government building around the clock with their bodies, hastily scrawled poster board signs and a tandem bicycle. By Monday morning, a Federal Protective Services spokesman told The Washington Post, the only people inside the facility were government officials making sure the doors were securely locked." It’s been 10 days now, and “Multnomah Camp” is fortified with a wall made of wood and blue tarps and is adorned with signs declaring a simple message." This request was originally submitted to the Oregon Titan Fusion Center on the date of June 28th, 2018. The request was eventually responded to on the date of July 10th, 2018 by a David Taylor within the agency, with a "no responsive documents found" response. I am appeal the fact that there are no responsive records to my original request.

I was not given a filing number for this particular request but I can provide any further information needed.
