Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

All documents pertaining to Flock Safety (https://www.flocksafety.com) license-plate-reader hardware and/or software. Documents being requested here should include - but are not limited to - the following:

- Invoices, receipts, and/or requests for the purchase of any Flock Safety product/service
- MOUs with Flock Safety
- Brochures or product/service specifications regarding Flock Safety
- Privacy and/or retention policies regarding Flock Safety product/services
- Manuals regarding Flock Safety product/services
- Briefings & presentations mentioning Flock Safety product/services
- Locations of Flock camera installations throughout Niles
- All emails sent to, or received from, (including To, Cc, Bcc fields) email addresses containing "@vniles.com" between March 1, 2022 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates) that mention "flock safety" or "ALPR"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I received your follow up and have attached the files that are readied for release. We are having issues with the emails due to the size of the request. I am working with our IT in trying to convert these files to a workable PDF format, which I have had issues doing to this point due to the number of emails. I will keep you updated to the progress. I will let you know if we would need you to narrow the scope of this request, or if we may need more time to process.

We were unable to convert the email files into .pdf format, so we have enclosed three zip files with the requested emails, that didn't include Law Enforcement Sensitive/LEADS data, which cannot be disseminated per Section 1240.80(d) of Title 20 of the Administrative Code.
