FOIA - ICE - Microsoft Contracts

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records, as well as documentation on products or agreements from/with Microsoft, including, but not limited to, the following:

- Purchase Orders
- Current and previous contracts with Microsoft
- Requests for Proposals
- Memorandum(s) of Understanding
- Any privacy impact assessments
- Any instructional materials or presentations
- Use policies and standard operating procedures
- Data retention policies
- Usage policies
- Any informal agreements that reference "Microsoft" or otherwise guide it use or the relationship between this agency and the provider or developer of the software/hardware.

I am confident that there are relevant documents to be produced from this request, as it is public knowledge that ICE utilizes Microsoft's products (see https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna884446): "Microsoft has received over $2 million in government contracts from U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in 2018, according to a government records search conducted by NBC News."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
