Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Gene Trepte, an obituary of whom was published in San Diego Union-Tribune on Sept. 26, 2022, under the headline "Gene Trepte, 97, San Diego builder, yachtsman, civic leader".
