FOIA - City of San Francisco - SF311 Presentations/Statistics

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All of the following documentation relating to the City's SF311 program (http://mobile311.sfgov.org/):

- Any presentation (given either internally or externally) documents regarding the SF311 program - this might include presentation slides, video presentation(s), presentation notes, etc.
- Any internal analysis documents regarding the SF311 program - this might include statistical analyses, program summaries, reports, evaluations, etc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
