I don’t know what an INT is. If she means ITN, then that would come from DMS. We do not have it.

Hello Ms. Privett,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm wondering if we could continue with the processing of this particular request regarding Bay Correctional Facility. I see that the current contract exists online (http://www.dms.myflorida.com/business_operations/private_prison_monitoring), but I'm wondering if I can obtain the following materials:

- all associated exhibits
- all amendments
- original Invitation to Negotiate
- all responses to the initial Request for Proposal (or equivalent)
- all evaluation materials--including, but not limited to, evaluations, reports, charts, comparisons--used in the determination process
- all materials provided by the winning bidder

Thanks so much for your patience and all your help with my requests.

Best wishes,
Beryl

From: Privett, Katie

Hi Beryl,

Just confirming that you want to proceed with this request with regard to Bay Correctional Facility alone, and not with regards to other facilities. I will let our people know so that if we need to issue you an invoice for the specific materials below we can do so.

Kind regards,

Hello Ms. Privett,

Yes, please only process these materials as they relate to Bay Correctional Facility. However, since I'm interested in eventually obtaining all such materials for every facility I've contacted you about in the past, if there are ways in which work regarding those facilities can be conducted simultaneously (i.e. all vendor proposals for RFPs related to private corrections are stored in the same place and pulling that box in the future would only duplicate work), then I'd happily cover those costs now and receive partial records for the other facilities.

In short, though, for right now I'm primarily interested in Bay Correctional.

Thanks so much for your help and patience!

Best wishes,
Beryl
