Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Rev. Theodore Martin Hesburgh, CSC, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on 27 February 2015 under the headline "Rev. Theodore Hesburgh, 97, Dies; Lifted Notre Dame and Advised Presidents". Please see attached PDF copy of that obituary, which may also be found at https://www.nytimes.com/2015/02/28/us/rev-theodore-hesburgh-influential-ex-president-of-notre-dame-dies-at-97.html.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
