This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All reports, studies, directives, memos, communications, proposed studies, complaints, plans of action or any other materials regarding the impact of marijuana cultivation/growth, either legally or illegally, in an outdoor environment. Please include all materials regarding the effects of marijuana-inspired deforestation or pesticide use on local flora and fauna, as well as erosive effects that may have been caused as a result.

Please include all agreements, memorandums of understanding, intergovernmental agreements or related materials involving the Drug Enforcement Administration.
