Matthew,

I have the 2016 materials ready to go. However, there are numerous documents that are not EOIR documents and would have to be referred to another agency. If you want us to go through the referral process, it will take significant time. In the alternate, I can send you an appendix with the documents and the corresponding agencies. I can also send an appendix with links to publically available documents.

Also, processing the 2016 materials was fairly intensive. I have not yet started on 2015. If you will pull your request for 2015 records while you digest 2016, it would allow me to move on to some of your other requests, e.g. Castro-Tum.

Please let me know your preferences, thanks.

Both suggestions are fine. An appendix is fine rather than referral. Also, I’ll withdraw the 2015 request. Thanks.
