Documents are still being reviewed for production. Approximately 3,500 documents are in the process of review. All of the emails between ramey.kyle@oakwoodschools.org and other oakwoodschools.org email addresses, particularly those of lange.kimbe, and hale.traci, generate a significant number of emails. If you would narrow the search to specific terms for the nearly five months of documents you are requesting, the time needed for review and response could be shortened.

Thank you for the update.
I would like to keep the request as is.
May I kindly suggest using spell check as an efficient way to produce initial redaction of names that are not words.
Additionally, with appropriate software the entire document set could be cross referenced with the student directory for automated redaction using a find/ replace function iterated.
These are only hopefully helpful suggestions to speed the process. I'm not intending to tell you how to do your work.

ORC 3318.321.

149.011(G); *State ex rel. Dispatch Printing Co. v. Johnson,* 106 Ohio
St.3d 160 (2005).
3. Some documents are privileged communications between attorney and
