I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Ed Lee Former Mayor of San Francisco from January 1, 2015 to Present day, containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: 'EB-5', 'Regional Center', 'USCIS' or 'EB5'.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This letter responds to your Public Records Request sent via email on April 27, 2018 received by the Mayor's Office via email on April 30, 2018. In your request, you ask for the following from the Mayor's Office:

With regard to your Public Records Request, we have completed our search and we are provided you copies of responsive records in the possession of the Mayor's Office.

Please also note that we have redacted personal information from these documents in order to protect the individual's right to privacy. (See Cal. Govt. Code Secs. 6254(c), 6254(k), 6254.29; California Constitution, Art. I, Sec. 1; 5 U.S.C § 552a; 8 U.S.C. § 1367.) We have also withheld documents constituting immigration records of individuals and redacted identifying information of individuals that would reveal their immigration status on the basis of privacy and because such information is confidential under federal law. (See Cal. Govt. Code Secs. 6254(c), 6254(k), 6254.29; California Constitution, Art. I, Sec. 1; 5 U.S.C § 552a; 8 U.S.C. § 1367.)
