Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following records:

Computer generated TR and TEAMS/WUIS (or successor system) bibliographies for DTIC records based on the terms/keywords of either "HIBEX" OR "UpSTAGE" (if your systems are case sensitive please include variations including "Hibex", "hibex", "HiBEX", "HiBEx", "UPSTAGE", and "UpStage"). Please include citations for classified and/or limited distribution records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I agree to pay all applicable fees up to and including $25. Please contact me ahead of time if fees will exceed $25. I would prefer the request filled electronically by e-mail attachment.
