Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- The most up-to-date version of the DOJ National Security Division’s International Terrorism and Terrorism-Related Statistics Chart, as of the date your office processes this request.

Please provide the chart in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format, pursuant to 5 USC § 552(a)(3)(B) (“In making any record available to a person under this paragraph, an agency shall provide the record in any form or format requested by the person if the record is readily reproducible by the agency in that form or format”).

I am a full-time reporter at the nonprofit news site ThinkProgress. My reporting has also appeared in The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The Christian Science Monitor, PRI's Te World, Al Jazeera America, The Intercept, and Teen Vogue. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
