Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. ยงยง 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:
Any contingency plans or security protocols from the last Democratic National Convention.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

The CMPD is in receipt of your request for public records and we are reviewing that request. Generally speaking, the majority of the information you have requested is protected as sensitive security information per NCGS 132-1.7.
However, we are reviewing some materials in an effort to accommodate your request by redacting certain confidential portions.
