Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
Any memorandum of agreement (MOA) or memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Delia Tactical International LLC for MRAP training on May 14th and 15th, 2015.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hello Mr. Welch,
I apologize for the delay in response as I have not seen either of your two e-mails. I was just forwarded your previous emails.
Our officers attended a course provided by Delia Tactical International LLC on May 14-15, 2015 that was held at another jurisdictions location. The Del Rey Oaks Police Department did not execute an MOU or contract of any sort with the company.
