This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All responsive documents mentioning or pertaining to DAVID ROBERT JONES, a.k.a. DAVID BOWIE (8 January 1947 – 10 January 2016). Proof of death is not required as his death was widely reported in news media in January 2016:
