COVID-19 county case data (Teton County Clerk)

Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The most current and complete set of data related to cases of COVID-19 within this county. Please provide all available associated data points with each case, including but not limited to the following information for each case: age, ethnicity, race, the status of the individual case, the reporting jurisdiction and zip code, the date of first positive specimen, the case state/local ID, the reporting health department, the CDC 2019-nCoV ID, the Contact ID, and any other segregable information.

This information may be collected by your office, another department within this jurisdiction, or may have been provided in part by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/reporting-pui.html), the state health department, or a private entity.

If this information is being handled by another office or responsive materials exist within another department of this jurisdiction, please forward this request appropriately and inform this requester of the appropriate office for responsive records.

It would be greatly appreciated if your office could expedite processing of this request. This information is of urgent public interest .
