Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any complaints of from food poisoning at any New York City Chipotle restaurant.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Your Freedom of Information Law (NYS Public Officers law Article 6, "FOIL") request has been granted in part and denied in part. It is granted as to the attached information about complaints alleging food poisoning at Chipotle's locations in New York City from July 1, 2015, to April 13, 2016. Your request is denied with regard to the names and other identifying information about the individuals making these complaints as it would be an unwarranted invasion of their personal privacy to release this information under FOIL ยงยง 87(2)(b) and 89(2)(b).
