To Whom It May Concern,

I received your request for the purchase agreements for software licenses and communication about the purchase of any of the software licenses. I have attached the purchase orders for 2 products that we have from you list: DataWorks and IDEMIA. I am unable to provide any communication as we have over 2000 emails pertaining to the list of licenses and that would make it too voluminous per State ex rel. Glasgow v. Jones 119 Ohio St. 3d 391, 2008-Ohio-4788, ΒΆ 17. Plus asking for "any" communications is considered overly broad per State ex rel. Zidonis v. Columbus State Community College, 133 Ohio St.3d 122, 2012-Ohio-4228.
