Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Records of travel (including any border crossings, records of referral to secondary screening and customs declarations) for a deceased person named John Gambino whose date of birth was August 22, 1940 and whose place of birth was Italy.

(For reference, John Gambino adopted the name "John" after immigrating to the United States from Italy; please also run any query to include his birth name "Giovanni Gambino" and the same birthdate).

John Gambino is deceased as of 2017; please see the attached funeral notice in PDF for proof. Records concerning John Gambino as a subject have diminished privacy interest under both FOIA and the Privacy Act and are disclosable.

Records should include dates and locations of travel, the type of document used for identification, as well as the document's serial number.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
