I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Bob Crowell from January 1, 2016 to Present day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "EB-5", "EB5", "Regional Center", or "USCIS".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Your Public Records Act Request seeking all emails sent to, from or copied to Albert Robles from January 1, 2016 to present day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "EB-5", "EB5", "Regional Center", or "USCIS" was received by the City Clerk's Office on May 10, 2018.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 6253(c), this letter comes to inform you that there are unusual circumstances which make it reasonably necessary to the proper processing of your request that preclude a response to you within the initial ten-day period from receipt of your request. Specifically, there is a need to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records sought by your request (Government Code Section 6253(c)(2).
Therefore, a determination on your request shall be available for pickup no later than JUNE 2, 2018, which is fourteen (14) days from the tenth calendar day of your Public Records Act Request. Since this day falls on a Saturday, please allow us to respond on June 4th (the next business day). In the event all documents are collected and examined and determination on their disclosure is made prior to that time, we will provide you with that determination sooner and also make any disclosable documents available to you promptly at the City's standard cost of $1.00 for the first page of each document and twenty-five cents ($0.25) per page thereafter. Our firm serves as the City Attorney for the City of Carson ("City") and has been asked to review your May 10, 2018 request for records under the California Public Records Act ("CPRA"). Specifically, you requested the following records:
1. All emails sent to, from, or copied to Bob Crowell from January 1, 2016 to Present day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "EB-5", "EB5", "Regional Center", or "USCIS".
However, after the City Clerk sought clarification of your request on May 8, 2018, it was determined on May 9, 2018 that you were seeking the emails of Albert Robles, the Mayor of the City of Carson, California, rather than Bob Crowell, the Mayor of Carson City, Nevada. As such, your request was modified to read as follows on May 10, 2018:
